What is FALAFEL?

Falafel is a popular Middle Eastern food that is made with spiced chickpeas that are ground into a paste with rich herbs and spices, formed into balls, and then fried. The resulting patties are typically rolled up in pita bread with fresh salad and topped with tangy tahini sauce. Moses Falafel has been using this secret recipe since 1962.
